Sales and Marketing Coordinator
Coordinator works from our Dubai Office and contributes to the overall success of the organization by effectively managing all tasks for the organization as and when required.
Duties and Responsibilities:

o Customers Requests Routing to right department
o Designing EMWmeGraphics/Artworks
o Marketing campaigns / email blasts / Social Media Expert
o Award Nominations
o Social Media Management
o Giveaways
o Season greetings to database
o Managing EMWme database
o Channel and Marketing program
o Rebate and Incentive Plans
o Track on partnership level
o Keeping track on technical/sales Certifications
o Employee training management
o Tracking Vendor Promotions
o Employee Partner Portal Registrations
o Must have min 3 years in Sales process using Zoho CRM experience
o RFx Compliance & Submittal
o Zoho.com Administration

Requirements:
- Bachelor’s degree, MBA is a plus
- 5+ years in a Zoho CRM Marketing and Sales role
- Ability to work with minimum supervision and represent EMWme with utmost professionalism
- This position requires product line planning experience and a breadth of knowledge in ICT
- Experience with Hospitality
- Superior communications, presentation, and customer interface skills
- Fluency in English
- Fluency in Arabic is a plus
- Ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment
- Ability to handle pressure
- Reports to Operations Manager

Network Engineer Role
Configure and Support Multi-Vendor Converged networks.
Experience with Wired and Wireless LAN solution deployment including Planning and Post-implementation Heatmaps is a must.
Experience with Next-Gen Security firewalls (Fortigate and Juniper) is required.
Work with Customer IT teams to troubleshoot Level 2 Network issues when required.
Collaborate with internal teams and vendors to ensure that industry best practices are incorporated during project implementation.
Network and Security Devices Upgrade experience in a production network required.
Coordinate with IT team to generate Preventive Network Maintenance reports.
Provide technical support and respond to network incidents.
Document network configurations, changes, and incidents.
Travel between emirates to different client sites as needed. (UAE Driving license and Own Vehicle is a must)
Required Qualifications:
Four Years Engineering / BS / BSc degree in Computer or Network or similar domain.
Experience:
3 -5 Years in Multi-Vendor environment.
Vendors / Technologies :
Cisco, Aruba, Juniper /MIST, Fortinet
In-depth understanding of Layer 2 Protocols.
In-depth understanding of network protocols and Multicast
Experience with Routing protocols is advantage.
Certifications Required (Any two Vendor Certifications at-least):
Cisco CCNA/CCNP
Aruba Certified Mobility Associate/Professional (ACMA/ACMP)
Juniper JNCIA/JNCIS
Fortinet NSE 4 or above
